What is Geniprosity?

Geniprosity administers real estate referral programs — Community Benefit Programs — for Catholic 501(c)(3) organizations, at no cost to the organization. We manage a network of independently licensed real estate professionals, connect your supporters with qualified agents, and handle the related administration. Separately, Geniprosity operates its own voluntary corporate giving program.


What does this cost our organization?

Nothing. Program administration is provided at no cost. Geniprosity's revenue comes exclusively from referral fees paid by participating real estate agents — typically 25–35% of the agent's commission — under separate agreements between Geniprosity and those agents. Your organization rec


Is there a quid pro quo between our participation and Geniprosity's giving?

No. The Program Administration Agreement states expressly that no quid pro quo, exchange, or consideration exists between program administration services and charitable contributions. The two operate independently: participation does not entitle your organization to any specific contribution, and giving is not conditioned on referral volume, revenue, or continued participation.


Who owns supporter data collected through the program?

Your organization does. Geniprosity acts only as a limited-purpose administrator of that data — using it solely to connect your supporters with real estate professionals — consistent with the data ownership protections built into the Agreement. Geniprosity does not sell, independently market with, or retain supporter data upon termination.


Yes. Geniprosity requires all participating real estate professionals to be independently and appropriately licensed, and confirms licensing compliance in each state where it operates.
